We have 1 bedroom with a luxury king size bed and we also have a double sofa bed in the living room for those extra cosy nights, you can even sleep with the windows open and hear the waves going in and out all night.

very clean , lovely views and feels very private. Just a short walk and you are at the main shopping area, pubs and restaurants .

A lovely home from home experience, everything was great, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed. The only thing for me personally was the sofa was too low for me but the wife was fine with it. The shower was probably the best one I’ve ever used. Tea coffee etc was a nice touch also.

Very good spot to stay if here for a few days with amazing ocean views right out the window within 40 feet! An impressive ruin church very old within a minute walk too.

Fantastic location, just above the beach, views to Scrabster and Orkney.
I could just watch the view change in front of me.
Great apartment, modern, great bathroom and kitchen, comfortable settee and bed.
We loved it
