Newly decorated and furnished 2 bed house in the village of Avoch on the Black Isle. This little fisherman’s cottage is the Perfect location for a 3 night stop or longer! Welcome to Highland Holiday Lets (part of North Coast Property), any questions please ask!. A welcome manual and town guide is provided on arrival for everything you need to know, I can send this to you before you book or after you book if you would rather. The space

Very spacious 2 bed house located in Avoch right by the sea. 2 big bedrooms, 1 shower room and a large living area complete with a wood burning stove! Spacious kitchen too for those cosy meals to cook.

Guest access

Guests can access the property via parking outside the property if there is space but we suggest parking down by the beach front as there is plenty parking as well as gorgeous views!

We had a lovely stay in this little cottage. It’s right down the street from the water, with lovely views, and quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the whole house is really cute. Worth knowing, the bathroom is on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second floor.
